Opening the Christmas party of the company, Gilbert Faul, director of the company Wilo Intec announced to the 450 employees that the company was the prize-winner of the National Prize of Quality.

He also announced that  "for the first time of its history, the company exceeded, in 2005, the 100 million euro of turnovers". A good occasion to learn also that at the end of the year the company would count 490 employees. We shall underline that in two years the company has been recruiting 100 new co-workers. News were greeted as it is necessary by many applause. "It is the first time a company of the group obtains similar reward. You can be proud of you" he said to all employees.

A " continuous improvement "

Gilbert Faul explained that the French Quality Award had been attributed to the company by the jury of the French Movement for Quality during an evening of prize-giving, on Monday, December 5th in Paris, at the Ministry of Commerce, Economy and Finances. A prize that Gilbert Faul has received from Luc Rousseau, general manager of the General Direction of Companies, representing the Deputy Minister of Industry François Loos in the presence of Frédéric Jodin, president of the French Prize of Quality, Pierre Gosset, president of the French Movement for Quality and Didier Lombard, president of France Telecom.

A reward which makes Wilo Intec an exemplary key company of the department and the region and which highlights the continuous efforts toward the total quality through its management. Indeed, Wilo Intec had obtained in the past a mention at the Quality Award of the region in 1998, before getting it in 2003. In 2004, it was part of the 8 finalists of the National Prize of Quality. The company is also certified to the international standards ISO 9001 since 2000 and ISO 14001 (environmental standards) since June, 2005.
