One of the rules of the Kaizen is to learn by actually doing things and not only by acquiring theoretical knowledge and tools.

We encourage it by collecting and sharing our own experiences concerning process tools, products, laboratory tests, market data, etc...in an intranet database called "CapiQual".

This information is available to Wilo Intec's staff and can be utilized in our standard quality tools: functional analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, drawing review.

 

"CapiQual" therefore becomes really useful in improving process and product quality.
