Description/Design
  • Base frame: stainless steel 1.4301 or galvanised steel (MVIE.../VR) equipped with height-adjustable vibration absorbers for extensive structure-borne sound insulation
  • Pipework: complete pipework on pressure side in stainless steel 1.4571, suitable for connecting all the pipe materials used in the building service; the pipework is dimensioned according to the total hydraulic power of the pressure boosting system
  • Pumps: 1 pump in series MVIE 2.., 4.., 8.., 16.., 32.. or 52.. used in each case (up to max. 7.5 kW motor power); the air-cooled frequency converter adapted to the pump motor allows the infinite control of all the pumps in these series between 26 Hz and max. 65 Hz; all the pump components in contact with the fluid are in stainless steel 1.4301
  • Fittings: each pump is equipped on the pressure side with a gearbox ball shut-off valve in CuZn, Ni-coated, with DVGW test mark and a non-return valve, material POM, with DVGW approval mark in the CuZn housing
  • Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN 16, provided on the end pressure side, with butyl rubber diaphragm, safe according to the foodstuffs act; for test and inspection purposes, provided with a ball shut-off valve in CuZn, Ni-coated, with drain and through-flow valve according to DIN 4807
