The worldwide-active strategic Purchasing department of the Wilo Group procures raw materials and components.

Per year 3,000 t stainless steel, 4,000 t copper wire, 12,000 t shet steel, 13,000 t cast parts and 50 million plastic part of 5 g to 500 g and motors with a performance of between 20 W and 3 MW.

The local purchasing organisation operates from its production sites in Germany, France, Korea, China and India. Our material group teams are responsible for the cross-group coordination of suppliers, QCD activities (quality, cost, delivery) and internal information exchange about the most important material groups.

Successful cooperation is also always a matter of the concept.
